"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today, in the sight of students, teachers, and our community to witness the joining of Curriculum and Technology." Too often, these two departments go about their purposes in isolation, independent (or ignorant) of one another. In order to create the ideal 21st Century learning environment, these teams can (and must) adjust their sights and collaborate, like a strong marriage, to create provide students with a powerful learning experience. Topics include: *characteristics of a good marriage; *how can you improve your marriage; *staying faithful for the long term; Learn how St. Vrain Valley Schools' respective departments changed the learning environment for its 32,000 students. The session will be interactive with participants sharing out challenges and potential solutions. "If any person here can show cause why these two departments should not be joined in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace."
