Innovation leaders ground creative people in high performing cultures focused on the organization’s objectives, key focus areas, core capabilities, and commitments to improving student outcomes. We all need strategies and supporting practices to encourage and embrace new technologies, kindle the passion for improvement, and ease barriers to creativity. Conventional wisdom holds that schools struggle with implementing good ideas and projects. This session will build on the current knowledge of participants and introduce an action research model emphasized by other industries that inspire and strengthen a culture of creativity, innovation and improvement.
