Teaching is a journey! Teaching is a dynamic profession and if we aren't in the right mindset, we will and do get burned out. I want teachers to be able to be good to themselves (because nobody else will) and roll with the changes. Having taught for almost 29 years, I want to share some experiences that I wished someone had shared with me early in my career (or even 10 years ago.) Let's talk tech, innovation and how to have a growth midset. I will ask questions, share stories of sucess and faIlure and, of course, how to persevere.
