Nicole Ottmer is Personalized Learning Systems Coordinator in Colorado Springs School District 11, where she has spent years teaching and leading personalized and next generation learning transformation at Trailblazer Elementary School. Nicole believes in student and teacher agency and investing in people over programs. She leads D11’s multi-year Research Practice Partnership with CRPE and CEI, including scaling systemwide supports for leadership and change management.
