Kris Edwards- Technology in education has been my focus for since 1997. I grew up in Michigan and earned my Bachelor degree in Elementary Education at Michigan State University. I began my career as a Language Arts teacher at a middle school in Texas, and then earned my Masters of Science in Computer Education from the University of North Texas while working as a technology coordinator for my school. I moved to Colorado and began teaching technology in Cherry Creek Schools in 2000. I was part of the cadre to open Liberty Middle School as the technology coordinator and continued working in technology for Liberty until moving to my current position as a district Digital Learning Coordinator. I am excited to be using my skills to help empower more teachers to use technology to increase student achievement in CCSD.
