Scott Fuller is Lead Consultant at G&D Associates. His experience designing and leading innovative change enables him to work closely with educators, community stakeholders, and national thought leaders to enact a meaningful transformation of our education system. Scott has over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, coach, and director of personalized learning. In his current role, Scott supports forward thinking organizations in the redesign of teaching and learning models that highlight personalization. Scott specializes in coaching leaders and educators on the implementation of personalized learning models, community engagement, change management, human-centered design thinking, and competency-based systems. Scott is a native of Flint, Michigan and has taught in Michigan, North Carolina, and Colorado. In his spare time, Scott is passionate about music, travel, food, and spending time with his siblings and nieces.
