With over 16 years in education, I have learned that we grossly underestimate the power and potential of our young learners. Utilizing future ready thinking such as Design Thinking helps our youth ground content in real world relevance and helps them prepare for the world that has yet to exist. Ultimately, the goal for us as educators is to produce human centered problem solvers. We must begin and end with empathy.
