While I have had many job titles and responsibilities throughout my career, the end game has always been focused on continued growth and development of people, the organizations they represent and the clients they serve. I have always been guided by the belief that given the opportunity and attention, people can exceed beyond their perceived capabilities. I bring experience and expertise to the design, development and implementation of systems to strengthen human capital and talent development. I have led multi-faceted projects for state and regional education agencies across the nation that included; leadership, change management and development, validation and implementation of personnel evaluation systems designed to support, evaluate and strengthen performance effectiveness. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the nations best educators. These dedicated and talented individuals helped me gain a great deal of experience and practical insight in talent and organizational development that includes; leadership, organizational learning, personal optimism, systems and collective efficacy. I get the chance to build organizations that learn by developing leadership knowledge and skill through professional development, coaching, change management and building strong communities of practice.
